The seller did a poor job packaging what is a fragile item. It looks like the heater was bent during shipping at it no longer has continuity/does not work. Seller refused to fix the situation and told me that's how they come from the factory (broken apparently). Seller later admitted he doesn't actually know how the item functions.

Don't buy! Stay away!
1 of 1 found this helpful Very poor Chinese quality. Battery cover does not lock securely, causing it to open all the time. Batteries fell out. Item is absolutely useless!! Save money. Stay away from it.

Very week
Not even close to 10000 lumens. Very week light. My 1000 lumens light is 10 times brighter!!! Don’t buy.
