easy to use mp3 player of good price

I've bought this player and recommended to other relatives. They are of good size (not too small to be too hard to manipulate) and the software interface is very intuitive to use. I've had no problem with the re-furbished ones so far for about a year. Overall it's a good common-sense type of product.

Software error prevent from starting

The heater and fan worked just briefly and then went into some kind of software error that it will not turn on. We love Dyson products but this one didn't work for us.
