When i tried to resolve, they told me to take to arbitration with ebay, which takes a week or more. I filed case with ebay after the waiting period communicating with seller to resolve outside ebay. Ebay instantly agreed a remainder mark matters in description. If this matters to you, you should ask the seller before purchasing.
