Disappointed
Thought it was going to concentrate more on the Colditz theme instead it turned out be bd more of a love story.

Great piece of kit
There are lots of softeners out there but this one does everything you want and a lot cheaper.
Good build with full instructions.
I installed it in a day, after all the prep work was done, and commissioned it without any problems.
I ordered 12 bags of salt which also arrived in good time.
We are feeling the benefits already and wish i had purchased one of theses years ago.
Didn't realise how bad my old descale was until i stripped down the pipework.
