    Terrible vendor who's devoid of communication, furthermore, purports to send the item/s via Royal Mail on its web page but sent it via USELESS EVRI instead; registered complaint against the vendor with Ebay for false advertising. Item arrived securely packed, however, the 2 usb ports on the side of the monitor, contrary to their quality control, didn't work; made vendor aware but didn't get a reply. Sent the item back and am about to receive a refund. USELESS EVRI delivered to wrong address too!
