I contacted the seller and they replied quickly and took care of me in the transaction without any major back-and-forth.   had issue with item being delivered. the issue was solely due to the package transporter with them delivering to the wrong address. i reached out to seller and they were quick to respond and get ahold of shipping company and got it straightened out in less than 48 hours
