Not as much bass as the ION Plunge / Plunge Max, but it floats my boat.
Used / discounted item arrived with blown right speaker so I ordered a similar (less wattage) waterproof speaker and voided the warranty by opening it up and ''fixing'' it. I may also install a QI wireless charging receiver underneath or inside. Almost paired bluetooth with a Kindle Fire HD 2nd gen but wouldn't actually play audio. Same Kindle paired with ION Plunge Max and other devices, so I velcroed a cheap tablet / mp3 player to the front and plugged into the AUX port instead. I use this perched on a hot tub so water resistance is pretty important. What I would like to see on devices like this is a sacrificial connection / dongle that mates to a waterproof connection (gold plated contacts ? magnetic ?) and if the usb or audio plugs got wet / ruined, the dongle could be replaced. Not as tipsy as the ION Plunge / Plunge max.

Mainly bought it for the cigar lighter socket and high capacity 4S battery stack.
