Good, solid engineering leads to solid nights sleep - no worries...
If you want a 2-port valve which will give you no bother over many years, then purchase good quality items with a proven track record, such as these ones from Danfoss - industry standard wiring ( no gimmicky modular wiring), and 22mm compression fittings allow for quick swap-over, (and they still make them in the UK).
Should they eventually give bother, then its easy to get a replacement (from e-bay!), and if you are of a practical bent and hate throwing things away, the synchron motor or microswitch in the actuator are easily replaced, restoring it to health .

A cheap repair instead of an expensive replacement.
When the mixer started making electrical burning smells, it looked like we were in for an expensive new purchase.
Thanks to a little research on the internet, and this repair kit, it was restored to good health in a little over an hour ( including finding the soldering iron!).
As the sender warns, just make sure you have got the correct model number for the mixer, (on the label on the inside of the main body), as the repair kits vary with the model.
Instructions are good and well illustrated ( and specific to the A901E mixer), and as long as you are reasonably competent with the soldering iron, you will soon have it fixed.
Turned out the real culprit was the larger of the 2 capacitors, but replaced all components as they would have been strained during the failure of the large capacitor.
Good kit - recommended.

value for money replacement for original cpu cooler
original fan was becoming noisy, and was expensive to replace.
didn't need anything exotic in the way of cpu cooling as I'm not a serious gamer or overclocker.
this unit not only gave a larger heat exchanger, with thermal paste already installed, but also a larger quieter fan, all at a price just over half the price of the original smaller OEM fan (and as it is an artic cooler product should last well.)
