OK but...
2 of 2 found this helpful The razor overall is OK, but give me an Edwin Jagger anytime. I think I would prefer a three piece razor to a butterfly opening razor, so I'm a bit biased. The razor is a bit more aggressive than I would have liked, and the build and chromeing is not the best, but still a good razor. Satisfied with purchase.

Best TTO razor.
The Parker 96r is a well made razor, good quality. It gives a good shave, not too mild but then again not too aggressive. In my experience, Parker do manufacture the best "affordable" TTO razors. The 96r is also a very nice looking razor. Recommended.
