They refused to even acknowledge they made a mistake and said it was my fault !! I have contacted ebay and made a formal complaint as well. Shocking behaviour, no customer service whatsoever. Definitely do NOT recommend this seller!!!

The items were sent in a thin, damaged plastic bag, that was left in the rain and water was sipping as delivered. I had to dry the toothpastes in the sun. I did not return it in order to avoid further hassle. It was the first and the last time I have used this seller. Everyone please learn from my experience.
