I thought with it being adjustable it would be ok for my 2020 Mini Cooper Classic which has a smaller distance between the 2 pins, but once set to the required width between pins to wind back the caliper piston as soon as you put some pressure on it to wind it back into the caliper it just opens out to the maximum width, even if you fully tighten up the 4 small allen keys it still does the same. So going for a fixed distance on a fitting would be the way to go, or multifaced cube.
