The Denver DVD player
The Denver is a no frills, functional, properly priced, easy to use dvd player.
So easy to use, that even my 88 year old Mother can manage it !!
It does all that it claims.....exactly what you want from your purchase....well pleased.

Rubbish
I purchased this clock for my 89 year old Mother who just loves the cheery birdsong all year round.
Ordering was no problem, arrived on the alloted day, fitted batteries and hung it on the wall.
It worked until the second hand got caught on the minute hand, easily corrected, but the hourly birdsong was reduced to just an owl at midnight , appropriate but not the desired effect.
I contacted the company who , instead of just replacing it , suggested I follow their complicated 'returns' procedure so that they can investigate the issue and maybe replace.
Disgraceful !!
