About

Humanitarian Operations (HOPE) was set up and is still run by 12 child directors aged 8-18. Our mission is to safeguard the freedom, well-being, and lives of children worldwide, especially in conflict or disaster-stricken countries. We aim to change families' lives by providing free educational lessons for their children. We are launching a platform to teach every child globally how to read and type, using next-generation technology.

Our EBay shop runs by our volunteers, our office and customer service close on weekends and bank holidays. Customer service opening hours: 10:00am-6:00pm, workdays. Thank you so much for your understanding!

    Yes, the item I received was exactly as described. Infact it was even better than in the picture. The amethyst was beautiful deep purple. The seller replied promptly to my question about combined postage. She misunderstood about the number of items I wanted to but and advised me accordingly. I didn't respond to tell her she'd misunderstood and just made my purchase not buying all the items I wanted. When she realised this she gave me those items free. I'd definitely buy from them again.
