The reel is okay, but the anchor storage is poorly executed.
I was surprised at how little thought went into the anchor storage unit. There should be multiple holes for the bottom roller, so the lower end of the mushroom anchor can be trapped more tightly. As it is currently designed, the anchor can flop back and forth about 1 inch, which generates loads of stress on the unit, and creates a lot of noise too. Secondly, the top of the storage unit is too tight for the 12 lb mushroom anchor shaft, so the anchor won't go all the way to the top, making the leverage of the part sticking out way too much. I also have the Anchormate II on the bow of my boat, and wish I'd opted for that version on my boat's stern. It is engineered much better, and operates as it should. The standard Anchormate, however, leaves much to be desired. I do like the line reel.

Why buy the band when you can have the whole watch for about $2 more?
I just purchased my fourth Casio watch, all exactly alike. They cost about $15., and the watch band lasts about 2 years. A new watch band costs about $13, so I just buy a new watch instead. I love the watch. Wish Casio would sell the band for about $3.00 (what it is really worth), and I would be totally satisfied.

Buy one size larger than you think you wear.
I have extra large hands, so I ordered the XL gloves. Should have ordered XXL, because the XLs will scarcely go onto my hands. This seems to be very common with foreign made gloves, but I thought that Glacier Gloves would be sized to American standards.
