Not worth buying
1 of 2 found this helpful I brought these insoles for my trainers they felt really comfortable at first but after a few wears they started to shrink and moved around causing them to bunch up under my heels which hurt to walk after a while also one day I was caught out in heavy rain and when I got home, dried my trainers off I noticed that the insoles had started to full apart, they really aren't worth buying you might as well spend a bit more money on a good quality pair
