    Arrived damaged by the courier not the vendors fault and was dumped on the pavement outside my house despite Evri being totally incompitent the vendor offered a refund but the tank was excellent before it was damaged in transit and there is little chance of finding another. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH EVRI DID ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATON DESPITE THE EFFORTS OF THE VENDOR

    Paid on 7th. They didnt leave a tracking number. Why, because it wasn't dropped off till 12th. Some excuse about my address. Rubbish !!!!!. If they say there was so called problem with my address, why did they not contact me. No communication from them at all. Would they have bothered had I not emailed them ? Bad customer service. It should be neutral feedback. I am only leaving positive feedback because it was as described, and brand new.

    Points of interest to other buyers. 1. There was an out of office in place explaining delayed delivery , which would be stated at time of checkout. 2. On my first attempt at purchasing a postal label from evri this address was not valid, so i tried to establish with the customer what the issue might be( So that is contact for a start !) 3. I have now blocked this bidder from future purchasing due to her Keyboard Warrior Tactics. PLEASE READ THE ADVERT COMPLETELY
