Great Family Beach Tent
Easy to put up and packs away quite small considering it’s size. I like the larger base mat area that extends out beyond the shelter and the fact that you can zip it up for extra protection/shade. It’s a good hight too

Okay Book
Bit of a black and white approach to parenting/sleep in my opinion. Does have some interesting and useful information about sleep but the techniques are essentially just a version of the cry it out method which isn’t doesn’t work for every parent and baby

Great gift for new mums
I was given this book when I had my first baby and I really liked how it encouraged me to think about my own well-being as well as my babies. Loads of thoughtful/ useful tips and info. I now buy it for my new mum friends
