Great intro to Keto
1 of 1 found this helpful Provides an easy to understand explanation of how Keto works and what to expect. I especially liked the 4 weeks of detailed menus with tasty and unique recipes. If you consider yourself on a typical American diet (which was me), be prepared for a radical change. You'll have to stock your pantry with a lot of new stuff.
