    Described as "New. Never been used" but on delivery two of the poles were damaged. Despite acknowledging the damage and claiming this had happened in transit the seller refused to accept the return or refund. Ebay have now stepped in and I will return the item for a refund. For anyone buying this specific item on relisting be aware the damaged fibreglass is very irritating to skin. I had several splinters after handling, even from inspecting the other poles so I would wear gloves to handle.
