  It is a very good deals, the only bad thing is that they do not offer you the instructions, they say that they make your vehicle save gas but they do not give the instructions, but they offer an $8.00 refund, but they should not offer what they do not intend to give, I asked that give me the instructions and they prefer the article back, and I don't know and don't have a printer to return it, they steal from the poor

  I’ve never dealt with a more difficult seller in my life! after finally receiving the product there’s no instruction book & sent a note that said due to Covid they’re out of stock of the instruction books and will send a PDF!!! still sitting here today with no instructions no PDF and since when did Covid stop their ability to print out a book! worst eBay seller in history is Hydro club USA…unless they change what they do and how they treat customers!
