  Bike was purchased as a refurbished item but hygge sent us a totally new bike! Great comms and a slight misunderstanding about the shipping costs was dealt with quickly. We also received the bike in only 2 working days. Very happy with the bike, which comes with 6 months warranty. Had to do the usual checks which come with getting a bike in a box, battery was fully charged too. Had a whiz round on it tonight and it's a high quality item from a very professional seller. Recommended!
