For context, I had ordered a Cooler Master V650 with free next day delivery, but they had a stock issue and it wasn t available. Instead they sent me a model that was ~£35 more expensive (Corsair SF750!) at no extra cost to me within the same delivery slot with a letter explaining the issue.
