Superior
Much better quality than I anticipated!
Makes needling nearly painless, didn't even have to use emla that I purchased, maybe because the needles are a bit thinner than on rollers. Easy to use. Comes with 2 (single use) cartridges.

It's quite thick in texture, not sure if it is comedogenic, it seems so, but its very nice. I'd love to have more info in English, and I wasn't actually sure if I should use it with dermapen/dermaroller, but I did, so everyone else knows it seems safe to do so. I applied it all over, and let it be for maybe 5-10min, and washed it off with water only, and used other moisturizers I was used to and which were common to me. I left it on my neck/below jaw, though, didn't wash it off at all, and it really has seemed to firm the area.
It seems to be Vaseline based by it's texture, I'm NOT sure, but I wouldn't use it solely and purely after rolling, only diluted. For sure it doesn't irritate my skin at all, like many products do after rolling, doesn't burn, just seems soothing.

Amazed by immediate results.
I noticed a wrinkle a couple of days ago. Completely new, my first, showed it to my mom who's visiting. The next day (yesterday) got this product and put this to use immediately. A couple of hours ago I woke up and noticed the wrinkle. 👏 is.👏 gone! It was there last night when I went to bed. In one day, given the wrinkle wasn't there for long but still!! Immediately ordered another one for my mom. This seems like a miracle and there might be contributing factors, I had been in the sun too much, maybe my skin was dry, I had laughed too much etc... The only flaw is, it is heavily fragranced. Absorbs well. Isn't greasy.
