Have purchased from Hyundai before a number of times and been really happy, but not this time, the mower turned up filthy, mower and box filled with someone’s grass. Listing description reads it will be cleaned and checked. Customer service were helpful, and eventually sent me a very small partial refund of £35. I really wanted to send back for a full refund but I would have had to drain the oil and petrol out of it, after they asked me to put it in to check the mower.
