  Excellent service from this seller and I was happy with how my order was packed. I was not impressed with Yodel who brought it. A delivery email was inaccurate because it stated my order was out for delivery when the tracker showed it was still at the depo so I am not sure what happened there.

  Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that item was purchased for 12.99£ and we have refunded way back ago exact 12.99£ which we can prove. False claim that we haven't refunded is a lie and false info. However we do appreciate your feedback as this just give us room for improvement and issues we may come across.
