Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I ordered from them twice, and twice they sent the wrong item. The first time the wrong length, the second time the wrong colour. Do NOT order from this company. The veil also didn't arrive in time for my fitting, the seller was very unapologetic. The seller is now refusing to sell me the correct item as they refuse to admit they were wrong. Just an awful experience from start to finish and a huge waste of money.

So sorry that we sent the wrong length( longer than the ordered one), and you didn't inform us the length was wrong and expect us to send another long one for replacement, some people are just too greedy. You are the first and only customer that I have ever refused to sell to.
