    Contacted seller about what’s wrong ? Still haven’t gotten what I need or the product. SELLER comment ; you got a tracking number I don’t control USPS…. Not nice who cares. Would not purchase from this seller again and so far out about $50.00. So much disappointment and lack of information.

    Rude customer left negative fb because USPS was slow to deliver package. She has received the items and didn’t lose money. Instead of using the tracking number where it gives updates on the whereabouts of the package, she wants me to tell her where it is. Isn’t that why we provide the tracking number so, you can track your package?!

    I ordered this item on 10th August, was apparently delivered on 27th August. I’ve not received it and the seller or courier haven’t responded to my messages. I appreciate the package was coming from the US to the UK and the logistical challenges that brings but to have spent £30 on the items and not received them or any communication despite my messages enquiring is poor. Please reply before I escalate

    expiration dates on package are 01/11/2025, 3 months past when I purchased them.

    The expiration date was clearly stated on the listing. All you had to do was read it. The treats are freeze dried and still edible.
