Nice, but not perfect.
In general, they're good quality. The only problem I found is that the mechanism that holds the metal clip into the rubber part is not very robust. The black one in my set came out right away when I tried to insert the leads (it's still functional though, I just have to be careful when inserting the leads so they don't come out again).
Also note that the clip itself is not gold plated, only the hole where you insert the leads in.
