I generally do not watch American television shows - just Brit productions. I have enjoyed them since living in England in early 70s. This is an excellent production! I love the story and find the characters very engaging.

First World War: The Complete Series [4 Discs] DVD

WW I dvds

WW II and some other wars that followed WW I can be better understood after learning the complex relationships and especially the hostilities between the countries that fought in this war. This dvd set is very compelling and does an excellent job of explaining the facts. I will watch it again, as there is so much information to take in that I'm sure I've missed some of it.

I am an Anglophile and prefer Brit shows. This is an excellent production. I'm very pleased to own the series.
