Metaldehyde slug pellets
Metaldehyde is just so more effective than ferric based pellets. More economical to use but still pricey. I'm aware of the problems with pets & wildllife, just need to judicious in use. Also apparently the ferric based stuff can affect earthworms but I have not seen anything to support this
