Perfect loaf

I made Keto bread ,using ground up flaxseeds, water and salt from a recipe by Dr Sarah Myhill M.D. which needed tin but with no non stick surface ( as non stick surfaces release toxic fumes when heated) So this was perfect ,as it heated the mixture so the water turned to steam and I has a very nice soft risen loaf. Delicious.!
