  Ive been waiting for days later now for my delivery.It was a birthday present for my niece and its now two days past her birthday.He has used a courier that is absolutley disgraceful.You cant even contact them and they cant give me a date that my parcel will actually arrive.I paid 15 pound for a service he has chose to deliver my item and has offered no refund or a single thing. Disgusting and frustrating. Wish i bought from a different seller.

  Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are upset with the parcel delivery delay. I managed to contact Hermes and was told that, initially the delivery courier's vehicle had broken down, causing long delays. I updated you frequently, and would like you to understand that I did everything in my power, (fastest & most expensive delivery option, contacting them), and that the negative feedback you left is not related to my performance as a seller.
