Mozart SUPERB!!
I also have an iPOD Touch and so naturally compare my Mozart to my iPOD.
I find that the Mozart has overall superior picture quality. My iPOD Touch is 2 years old and the battery life has reduced. The battery life on both devices is similar. I use WIFI on both devices and it uses a lot of battery power and reduces the life. I would like to see longer battery life from my Mozart phone and my iPOD Touch. I find the WIFI coverage better on my Mozart.
Mozart has an excellent processor and the response times seem superior to my iPOD Touch.
Applications-wise - The Apple device has been around a lot longer and there are more applications for it but I am pleasantly surprised at the rate new applications are appearing for my Windows 7 Phone. The combination of the 2 devices provides everything you could ever want!!
I have not found any glitches in the Operating system on the Windows 7 phone. The user inerface is excellent on the Mozart and I find the People button and associated menus intuitive.
In conclusion I have found no problems or difficulties with my Mozart Phone. "Phone" is not an adequate description for a device that will do everything I require as more new Windows 7 Phone applications become available.
