Beginners treadmill

I was training for a 10k having never run before. I needed to shift the 'mum tum' but wasn't ready to leave the house!! This machine has got me 9 weeks into the 12 week programme and is really doing the job! It shakes a lot in the first few seconds but settles down almost immediately once you're in a rhythm. I agree with the others, the speakers aren't great but I use my Bluetooth speaker. It's better than not having any! I think this works well for anyone just starting out in running, It has helped me understand pace and get my distance up- next up: leaving the house for a run, then the actual 10k in 4 weeks!!
