Small but powerful
Pros:
Small, beautiful.
Built-in mics are very good, not as good as the Sony PCM D100 (which is 3x the price).
Built-in mics can be flipped wide which works well for soundscapes.
Mics are sensitive up to 48kHz (good for sound design).
Preamp for external mics is excellent.
Built-in battery lasts a long time.
Screen is large and clear.
Cons:
A bit plasticky.
No record-pause mode for checking input level before recording!
Supplied case only partially covers the device. It doesn't zip shut.
Headphone and external mic sockets on different sides of the device.
A little overpriced.
