Product is not working

Sir Today I received my navigation memory card, took the old card out, installed the new one. It came up reading memory card. Then it came up No memory card containing navigation software inserted. I have tried it several times with the same result. I then tried the old card no problem. the car is a 2018 Mercedees c-class W205 I might be wrong, but it looks like there is nothing on the card.
