    I was hesitant to purchase this item due to its unusually low price. However, upon receiving the herbs, I was shocked and disappointed that the seller had the audacity to claim the expiry date was valid until 01/2026. The herbs were old, dry, and brittle, completely different from what was advertised on eBay. I would never purchase from this seller again. For me this gets a ZERO rating

    We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your order. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality herbal remedies at affordable prices. We have contracts with family farms, meaning the time from harvest to us receiving the herbs is no more than a couple of weeks. We do dry our herbs very well to ensure protection against mould and pathogens, so perhaps they are drier than you are accustomed to but can assure that they were fresh. We've reached out to you about putting this right.
