stuck

all of the buttons are stiff and seem stuck at times, the ipod still functions and operates, at the time of this purchase i did order a different ipod that is the exact same model, different color and it works perfectly fine, the buttons click when pressed and feels like they spring back to their original position. i will keep this ipod as a backup but will have to order a new one for my wife.
