Great for Saving Home Movies!
It's easy enough to use, and if you have any difficulty setting it up, there are plenty of videos online (in places like Youtube) that will show you how to use it. Quality is nice. It recorded my home videos from VHS and was a great present!

Nostalgia
Love this! Childhood nostalgia from the 90s when Disney used to play old shorts along with the new cartoons. Glad for the purchase--and my niece and nephew also love it.

Bought this as a Replacement
I bought these plates for my mother years ago for Christmas. They're nice plates. They're dishwasher and microwave safe, and you can even keep food warm in the oven on them (obviously, you can't bake with them in the oven, but putting the oven on very low and putting food there to keep it warm doesn't hurt it. Just use pot holders, of course).
Well, over the years and such, they held out well but a few finally started to chip. I purchased these as replacements and they were perfect. You can't tell them apart from the others. Very nice dish set.
