Breath right and you'll be right.
This book is for those who like more than just talk. It is loaded with detail that supports the idea that correct breathing processes, which are clearly outlined in the book, can play a huge part in improving your health and thus the level of joy in your life. A must read.

Make your life better by thinking right.
A valuable self-help book for one and all, written in nice clear simple language which I think would make it readable to many young folk who want to know the best ways to think in order to find happiness.

Its about the journey to regain a zest for living....especially for children, but not exclusively.
It presents the processes found in Brandon Bays' other books, especially in her book Freedom Is, in simple form, and with illustrations which makes the processes easier to remember. An excellent book, one that everyone can benefit from.
