Save your $ & buy a worthwhile optic.
0 of 1 found this helpful If your looking for a super heavy attachment which basically functions as a single eye 5x telescope, then buy this. (Imagine if you cut a Wal-Mart, off-brand set of $20 binoculars in half & added a spring loaded hinge...that's what this is.) If you are looking to get around having to buy a decent quality scope or even thought (like I did) that you could use this in conjunction with a red dot...well don't waste your time unless you want to add what feels like 5lbs of dead weight to your rifle. I suppose in a hunting scenario if you only used this for scanning terrain, it MIGHT be useful, but then flipping it to the side position to use BUIS or a main optic makes your rifle terribly weighted to one side. If you plan on using it for target aquisition, look elsewhere. If you want an over-priced ...(monocular?) magnifier that'll no doubt take 2-3 weeks to arrive...then look no further.

3 of 3 found this helpful I bought this for my Ares Amoeba AM-013 airsoft gun (Honey Badger), thinking for the price it'd take a month to arrive & it didn't have to be great quality, cause it was only for airsoft. I was very wrong. It came fast & feels great. I'll now be ordering one for my AR-15 setup as well. Fits perfect & snug on a picatinny rail. You'll want 6-7" of space for the whole grip. I actually like the polymer b/c it keeps the rig light. 5 stars. Buy it!!

good idea, works after tinkering.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought these for playing Call of Duty Black Ops 3, I play in league pro matches and it definitely does give you an edge while making quick aim moves & firing. I like the idea of being able to customize the fire button with a hair trigger and a trigger stop that's suited to your tastes. Some other reviewers have left bad reviews because of faulty installation and a general lack of imagination. I reccommend doing a little modification before you start using it, the little screws that come installed which are used as adjustable "posts" that make contact with the outer plastic housing at the base of the trigger. If left as they come, the screws will dig away at the plastic until there is no longer a hard surface for it to "stop". These NEED to be reinforced with something softer (I used a little hard plastic tubing). Now it works great, however I really didn't like the feel of the left trigger it seemed to get in the way of aiming. This may be different for racing games, but I ended up only using the right one. Doesn't look as cool but I'm interested in functionality rather than looks. There were also a few complaints I read about the way the triggers attach with this sticky foam that temporarily "glues" it to the base trigger. I had no problems after giving it a good once over with the included alcohol wet nap. Just be patient, get the surface really clean and then let it dry. Mines lasted through at least 60+ hard mashing sessions so far and it's still in place. Overall I think the design could use an overhaul, as far as machining the screw holes in a way that's more precise & including something to keep the screws from damaging the controller. I gave it 3/5 stars but AFTER my little modification I'd say a 4 star would be more accurate. If this company considers maybe including some little plastic caps for the ends of the screws that'd probably make for a more sturdy, lasting product &make for less buyer complaints...just food for thought.
