Can't do without it

Without it you can't extract the coffee from the coffee pod. Once installed you don't see it again until your coffee dispenser starts leaking water around the pod area again

I love it - it serves my needs daily without hassle and waiting.

Its not as good as the old Telfal boiler/instant water kettle, which allowed you to measure the cup you use and preset it to put the exact amount of water in, but this is the next best thing. Heats the water from room temp to 100C in about 5secs and then fills your cup. It has a timer of 25,35 and 45 seconds which can be used to fill your cup by size. Good but work with it. Also has constant hot water which you control the amount. You pay more for it but you will save in the long run as you aren't heating all the water in the kettle just the water going through the nozzle. I use filtered water from the fridge water dispenser and top it up each evening ready for the next day. Depending on your cup size will determine the number of drinks before having to fill it up again. Has automatic shut off if water is to low to pump thru the heating tubes.

There is not much you can say about the 6V flooded lead acid bike battery. They are small and they are there basically to supply enough power for the traffic indicators to work. I have not used this brand before but I hope I get 12months out of it. I don't use my TS185 as much as I used too, so it has a detrimental effect on the service life of the battery, any battery.
