Does exactly what it says it will.

Stopped the head gasket leak straightaway, unfortunately it also clogged up the heater matrix, which stopped the car heater working. Should have turned the heater off before adding the sealer, and left it off for an hour or so. The blockage blew out of the heater without too much difficulty, so a good result.
