Yes, you can take a kitchen sink on a bike.
Never used for cooking, mine is used as a camping basin. Folds up tiny, light and unbreakable and nor will it harm anything else. Great for motorcycle camping.My wife stole the fist one for the kitchen so I keep the new one hidden.

Selle are a 'fit and forget' quality saddle.
This is the second Selle Italia hi flo saddle i have, one on a road bike and this one on a Specialised MTB. I cannot exaggerate how comfortable it is, I am rarely wearing the padded cycling bottoms these days and absolutely no problems. Don't hesitate to get one and study how to set it up - you will not regret it.
