    Prompt delivery and good communication from this seller. But the large thick 750g hardback book was sent in just a plastic mailing bag with no added protection. Bag arrived split and scuffed and book was lightly damaged on the corners. Better packaging is required.

    Really disappointed, as item arrived late and was the wrong item. The listing advertised the book as ‘book 2’ but they actually sent book 16. What was more disappointing is the total lack of response by the seller. I communicated various times and never once got a response. Would definitely not recommend this seller. An awful experience. Had to use eBay to get a refund.
