amazing choice and style dishes

read this book briefly in my local pub, loved some of the recipes so decided to by it. Wow what a good buy. some amazing food dishes in this book. healthy, refreshing, original and extremely tasty. friends who have joined us for a Jerusalem meal! have been really impressed. The thing i really like is that is puts foods together in the same dish in ways i have never seen. it also reminded me of my travels to Israel and the wonderful food available. Love the Arab influence from Sami too. thanks Yotam and Sami.
