Check before use
Useful and good value perf board nice selection of sizes. One tip/warning after building a project I discovered several shorts. This was due to some residue from the etching being left on the pcb. I then checked the others which looked ok. I recommend checking before using,

Not 1% tolerance
Although I have only tested a few random samples it seems some are closer to 2% & 3 % and not 1% as advertised. The colour banding is poor and difficult to see, some vales are missing but have substituted. I suspect these are actually rejects. if your looking for 1% resistors I cannot recommend

Good but some reservations
This DDS works pretty well and for the price is good value. It is let down by the internal switching power supply which has a rather large voltage present between the 'ground' and the mains earth (I measured 90V, at a few hundred uA). Although I wouldn't consider it a hazard (on mine at least) It does have the potential to damage delicate electronic components. I solved this by replacing the two pin power input and properly grounded the REF to mains earth (loosing the isolation on ground). Also note there are no CE markings so I am not so sure about the legality of importing into the EU.
A decent product if you're willing to accept its shortfalls, and would recommend checking the voltage/current between mains earth and the ground pin.
