A timeless classic
The packaging is cardboard, and two sheets of plasticky-paper stuff. Simple, efficient, understated, and fit for purpose. I like that fact that it's thin. A cube of blu-tack would be a poor solution, but a thin sheet of it is cheap to post and easy to store.
To the product itself. It has the classic, pale blue colour that some may call "duck egg" or "eau-de-nil," but this is not a product that gives itself airs; it's blue. It has a fascinating, unique texture: firm, yet becomes more stretchy and pliable with handling. Sticky enough to hold up posters, but not terrifyingly sticky, like superglue. Comes unstuck when required. Also good for making small models, if you really want to play with plasticine but you are a tad insecure in your adulthood.
I used one pack to stick 200 postcards to a concrete wall. it's been 12 hours, and none of them have fallen down yet.
