ASICS Women's Gel-Scram 3 Trail Runner

Found the perfect shoe

Although these shoes are billed as trail running shoes I use them to play softball. Games are played in less than pristine public park ball fields. I found I was slipping on the coarse dirt when running and batting with my turf shoes and couldn't get a grip at all with plastic cleats. I looked for comfortable shoes that had this type of sole tread to get traction. The ASICS Gel-Scram 3 is lightweight and pleasantly cushioned. It laces up snuggly with no heel slippage. I even received a couple of comments that I was running faster. I normally wear a 5 1/2 shoe and found that that size felt like just a fraction too short to begin with but after wearing once felt like the perfect fit. Even in triple digit temperatures my feet do not overheat.

Fits small hand

I would love to give this glove 5 stars but OMG I am having quite a time breaking it in. Should I ever achieve that, it will make a great fielders mitt. On the positive side it is lightweight and very well made. My fingers fit well without the feeling of over-stretch.
