Seller sold an item not as described and potentially useless. To make matters worse, they have decided not to try and resolve the issue. EV Charger purchased specifically because it was 4G capable, fitted as standard by the manufacturer. The item sold was from a batch not for retail sale without SIM. Seller does not wish to respond to my request for help to resolve. I can only suggest that you avoid this seller at all costs. Beware.

i sold a brand new item, and have a 30 day return period.. this buyer tells me the item is faulty 3 months after receiving it , i dont know what this buyer expects that just because i sold it doesnt mean i would cover the life span of item for retuns, and if it broke in your hands you need to contact the company that made it not me, . i have a return policy not a warranty .
